Event Day Expo:

On event venue, morning 4:30 AM to 5:45 AM for T-shirt & Bib Collection:

Note: Those who can’t come to collect their bib, may authorize someone or their group representative to collect on your behalf. Carry the copy of confirmation mail or simply tell the bib number.

Bibs & T-shirts will also be distributed on race day morning. But those living nearby should collect on Friday, if possible.

Race Day (5th Oct, Saturday) Guidelines:

Timeline:

4:30 AM to 5:45 AM – Assembly/ Bib collection
5:30 - 5:45 AM – Zumba Warm-up
5:45 - 5:55 AM – Route Instructions
6:00 AM – Flag off

Race Start Timing:

10Km - 6:00 AM (2 loops, U-turn at 5Km)
5Km Run & Walkathon - 6:15 AM (1 loop, U-turn at 2.5Km)
3Km - 6:30 AM (U-turn from 1.5Km)

Race Instructions:

# Don’t exchange your bibs.
# Don’t go on the track after you finish, wearing your bib, you will be disqualified. Remove it, if you want to help your runners on the track.
# Wear your bib number on the front, preferably on chest.
# Reach at the venue, 60mins in advance from your respective start.
# It’s a flat course- clean, pollution & traffic free. You will enjoy it.
# You will be guided by route markers, volunteers through the route and to reach the assembly area.
# En-route water, energy drink and first-aid are available. We are serving water in disposable glasses only. 3 Water stations: 1.4Km, 3Km & 4.5Km. Water will be served in paper cups on all aid stations.

Baggage Counter:

Deposit your baggage (no valuable item inside) at medal counter & baggage counter.

Parking:

Sufficient parking space available but carpooling is suggested. Reach early to park your vehicle comfortably.

Help us keep the race route clean - Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottle in dustbin. Or, pass it on the volunteers.
